A love story that was meant to be from the moment it began. From sparks when they met 8 years ago, to dating in 2016 but deciding to grow into themselves first, and finding their way back again in 2019. Friendship formed the base of this beautiful love story.
A wish for a baby granted and a family born in love. She was able to reveal the pregnancy on his birthday – the best time for wishes to come true. Meanwhile, Nick had been planning his own surprise for months prior – to propose on Mother’s Day, before they had even known. Of course she said yes!
At home in nature, they savor their time together with each other.
But what most stuck out to me in all of our correspondence around the engagement photos was Taylor’s statment, “We are truly each other’s best friends and truest sole mates and we have known that for many years.”
From my first meeting with these two, it’s been the constant joy and laughter that gets me. Taylor sparkles around Nick, him making her laugh with ease. And good thing – these two met me on the side of the road in a rather obscure location to get a few with these blooms I had seen the previous year. I’m so grateful for their trust in me! As we explored this new location, these two were up for all of my silly ideas with giggles the entire time.
We ended the night with engagement pictures at Hamus Nature Preserve as the sun set behind the trees giving the most gorgeous color show!
Getting to know these two has been so fun! I can’t wait for their wedding!
Please join me in welcoming Nick and Taylor to the Honeysuckle Family!
